All of the videos are Flash Movies and they may be viewed in a number of places including the "Screening Rooms" at the Yacht Club and Auto Tuner's Center. The video archives can be accessed from the Island as well as the Website.

Go to the Auto Tuner's shop and screen documentary coverage of the recent meeting of the NCRS in Kissimmee Florida where hundreds of classic and recent Corvettes were on display. The videos include interviews with a few of the participants.

Check out the new videos and articles around the Yacht Club website on a number of topics including an article with tips on getting a Boat Surveyed, Basics of Marine Electronic Equipment and a discussion on Diesel and Gasoline powered marine engines.

Exploring Lyndale Island's Virtual 3D reality is easy. If you don't already have Macromedia's Free Shockwave Player installed it will be installed for you. After that, choose "Explore the Island," or click the "Explore Island" button at the very top of this and any page at any time. Macromedia's Shockwave player does not change anything on your computer, it's just there when you need it.

Getting around in the 3D Universe

Walking on foot is as easy as "looking" or pointing a direction with the mouse and then using the arrow keys or W, S, A, and D keys on the keyboard to move around. The UP arrow or W key will start you walking (or driving) straight forward.

Driving the vehicles around the Island

When walking around the Island, move your mouse pointer over a car or boat and when you see the popup window, click once to get in and start driving.

Once inside the vehicle, use the arrow keys or the "W," "S," "A" and "D" keys to go forward or reverse and steer left or right. You can change your view by using the 1, 2, or 3 number keys.

When you arrive at a destination, use the spacebar to get out and walk around.

Try out the Drag Strip at the Speedway. It is accessible by clicking the "Test Drive" Icon at the Auto Tuner's Center. You can race against the white "Vette" and possibly beat its time, but don't miss getting a good start when the light turns green on the tree. You'll be able to see your time on the big board above the strip. Click on the Test Drive Icon to try it again.

After you drag race you can drive around the speed way track. Don't forget you can drive around the entire island in one of the vehicles parked outside the Yacht Club or the Auto Tuner's Center.

At the Yacht Club, take a spin around the Islands in one of the boats moored at the pier. All you need to do is click on the boat then use the same controls you would driving one the cars. Go out the back door of the Yacht Club or use the icons to "Life on the Water," or "Dock of the Bay," to get to the boats.
