There are many types of modifications available for Corvettes that fall into the area of Intake, Superchargers and Exhaust Systems. Here's where we'll take a look at them, see them installed and test what types of performance increases they provide.

Note: The following article is a casual look at the custom installation of a ProCharger System. For definitive instructions please consult ATI's official ProCharger Instruction Manual. This article was written for Lyndale Island's Auto Tuner's center independently. We plan to do additional articles on other products and brands on the market.

Custom Installation of ATI ProCharger D-1SC on LS1 Corvette Engine 08/02/04

There are a number of different types and brands of Superchargers on the market today for the Corvette. We're going to look at the installation and performance of the ATI ProCharger D-1SC. ProCharger Centrifugal Supercharger systems are made by Accessible Technologies, Inc. (ATI). A kit can be purchased for Corvettes which includes everything needed to install the system. We purchased a D-1SC and had it installed at our expense.
